These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply solely to bookings for tours of the Rimbaud House or to product purchases made through our website https://booking.myrezapp.com/fr/online/booking/minisite/21038/le‑domaine‑de‑la‑trace.

Accommodation and event services are subject to a personalised quotation sent after a request via our online form or directly by email at ledomainedelatrace@gmail.com or by phone on +596 696 100 600. Conditions relating to these services are specified in the corresponding contract.

Services covered by these T&Cs:
All services or product purchases made through the website mentioned above, whose description and VAT‑inclusive price appear on the site. For each service or purchase you will find the payment terms, payment deadline, discount policy or special offer applicable, and the specific order‑processing method.

The price applicable to the customer is the one displayed at the time of booking, regardless of any subsequent positive or negative price change.

No right of withdrawal (Article L221‑28 of the French Consumer Code)

A distinction must be made between services and online purchases.

• Services (with or without option) do not grant a right of withdrawal because they are leisure activities to be supplied on a specific date or during a specified period.

• Online purchases of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or goods unsealed by the consumer after delivery and not returnable for hygiene or health‑protection reasons, cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

• Other online purchases benefit from a 14‑day right of withdrawal, but shipping or reshipping costs remain at your expense and any refund is conditional on the product arriving in good condition. Reimbursement may be refused or reduced.

Cancellation or refund policy

Because of the often short time between payment and the tour date or product dispatch, we cannot accept cancellations. Bookings are, of course, transferable to a third party.

Liability of the parties

Our company holds professional civil‑liability insurance with a reputable insurer. However, we decline all responsibility in the event of non‑compliance with safety instructions or access to areas not open to the public.

Conversely, the customer is liable for any breakage, damage or inappropriate behaviour that he/she or persons under his/her responsibility may cause.

Personal‑data protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected are processed by MyRezApp; details can be found at https://www.myrezapp.com/confidentialite.
Your data are collected in execution of the contract binding us and are necessary for the provision and use of our services and for invoicing. They are intended for our company LE DOMAINE DE LA TRACE and for the external service providers used by the data controller, MyRezApp. They will be stored for the period indicated by MyRezApp in its GDPR terms.

In accordance with applicable personal‑data regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to, restrict processing, erase, and port your data, which you may exercise at the address indicated by MyRezApp in its GDPR documentation. If you encounter any difficulty regarding the management of your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Data‑Protection Officer, our President, by email at ledomainedelatrace@gmail.com, or with the CNIL or any other competent authority.

Failing agreement, you may refer the matter to the courts of Fort‑de‑France, where French law will apply regardless of your nationality.
